Don’t hide but seek – TB

24 Sep

If you’re not already moving,
Start moving.
Enough snoring.
Life’s too short to be still.
Show something for it.
Show some will.
Will you now
Move over, roll over,
Roll out of bed?
Don’t bang your head.
Get up, stand up,
Go out the door
And get outside.
Go and find the light.
Don’t hide.

Sometimes people need a push. Funny thing–when I read, “Get up, stand up” Bob Marley started singing in my head.

Oh, I dunno – snuggling under the doona has been quite nice this winter. 😀

    And get outside.
    Go and find the light.

There has to be that element of wanting to prompt them to act fast. It works better apparently
