A stranger’s dream – TB

1 Sep

In and out of a stranger’s dream,
I catch a glimpse of
phantoms in the snow,
Burying the secrets in the silent night.
Waking up I feel the secrets slip
And in the cold light of day
Their footsteps disappear
And I forget what they buried and why.

Often my dreams make me feel like a stranger to myself. Confused images, obscure meaning and then in the morning a mist of fading remembrance. Lovely work here.

this may well be recognition of someone else’s soul, maybe a manifest of empathy but all is so fleeting.

It is an intriguing notion to inhabit another’s dreams.
