Ferling – TB

25 Sep

Say it with ferling.

No, it’s feeling.

Explain ferling.

Give it some meaning.

What’s should it mean, then?

Well, that’s up to you.

It was a typo.

Don’t think you understood.

I actually looked up ferling…it is actually old english for farthing…meaning 1/4 or quarter. Perhaps it was more than a typo. 🙂 A sarcastic reference to an unenthusiastic response? Meaning can be twisted. Love how your typo opened so many avenues of thought for me. Thanks for participating in the challenge.

Rarely are we challenged to play with and give words meaning like this. It’s the Dictionary Game. Fun poem.

Good play with words, perspective, and interpretation.
